• Ensuring quality of final product

• Overlook and make sure proper utilization machinery by staff

• Ensure quality of raw materials including paper, glue, ink, starch etc. before going through with order fulfilment.

• Report on daily production

• Proposed planning for upcoming production orders

• Managing production staff

Some of the various tasks for this position are:

​

• Daily factory operations management

• Ensuring seamless factory operations of machinery, boiler, plant etc. without any hurdles

• Maintaining each aspect of machinery that needs, repair, maintenance, service etc.

• Overlooking & leading staff for smooth running operations where necessary

• Making sure the facility is well equipped and well stocked for upcoming production and operations

• Reports on what aspect of the factory needs repair or service. (A team of dedicated staff and workshop will be provided for prompt action)
