Plant
Silver is Equipped with a rare 7 ply corrugated sheet producing production line which keeps the company ahead of its competition.
The plant has a capability to converting 10,000 tons of raw paper into corrugated sheets each year.

Dye Cutting
Our die cutting machine is used to cut different shapes of sheets or paper using a die. The die-cutting machine uses a combination of rollers and cutting plates to put pressure on a die and push it through the card or paper to create a shape with neat and precise outlines.

Testing
Our in house lab consist of various paper testing machines that ensures that we deliver what we promise. There is constant testing for each recurring order every time before it is produced in full order quantity before delivering to clients, Ensuring trust in the company.

Waste Management
There is constant monitoring of the waste that the production leaves behind and waste paper which is generally highest grade is carefully collected bundled to be recycled and sent to mills for custom paper grade production.

Flexo Printing
Among various printing machinery our flexo printing machine has a capability of printing upto 4 colours at the same time. This is also a multi purpose machine since it cuts the corrugated sheets into boxes right after the printing is applied.
